Frequently Asked Questions

  • No. Everything required for the day's entertainment is provided, including ceremony microphones, professional sound systems, reception audio and dance floor lighting.

    From the ceremony through to the final song of the evening, all sound requirements are taken care of, allowing you to focus on enjoying the day.

    If your ceremony is in a location without power, we have a portable battery-powered PA available. For the DJ setup, we just need access to a standard power source.

  • The process begins with an initial consultation to discuss your wedding day, including the venue, timings, guest numbers and overall vision for the celebration.

    From there, we'll work through ceremony songs, music preferences, setup locations and any special requests. A follow-up meeting is typically scheduled a few months before the wedding to finalise key details and confirm song selections.

  • Most couples begin with a shortlist of songs they love. From there, different arrangements, keys or acoustic versions can be explored to find the best fit.

    If a particular song doesn't translate well to a live performance, alternative options will be suggested until the right choice is found. If there's a specific recording you have your heart set on, it can always be played through the ceremony sound system.

  • As much as you'd like.

    A short list of favourite artists, songs and musical styles is usually the best place to start. This helps shape the overall direction of the evening while still allowing flexibility to read the room and keep guests engaged on the dance floor.

    Requests are always welcome, and the music naturally evolves throughout the night based on what is working best for your guests.

  • Yes. Custom songs, remixes and personalised recordings can be created for weddings and special moments throughout the day.

  • That's completely normal.

    Many couples don't have every song selected straight away, and there is plenty of time to work through the details together. Guidance and recommendations can be provided throughout the planning process, and adjustments can often be made right up until the wedding day if needed.

  • That’s absolutely fine. We’ve performed at many off-grid locations. In these situations, we just need to lock in the setlist ahead of the day. Live requests on the dance floor will be limited.
